Shipping policy
Order Processing & Handling
- Processing Time: Orders (domestic and international) are shipped by DHL and Fedex within 1 to 2 days (Monday to Saturday).
- Order Modifications: Changes to an order or cancellations are only possible if you contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
Shipping & Transit Times
- Domestic (UAE): Transit time is 1 to 2 days.
- International: Transit time varies by country, and shipping is done via DHL or FedEx.
- Due to the imposition of U.S. tariffs, additional clearance procedures may apply. As a result, delivery of your parcel could take longer than the usual 3–5 business days.
Shipping Rates & Additional Charges
- Flat Rate Shipping: Applied for most international destinations, with the exact fee displayed at checkout.
- Orders Over 1-2 kg: May incur additional charges; customers will be contacted in such cases.
Taxes & Import Duties
- Customers are not responsible for any VAT, customs, and import taxes applicable in the importing country.
- We are not liable for customs-related delays.
- To ensure smooth delivery, please be aware that we’re unable to refund parcels returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, or those sent back without prior approval. If you’re unsure about these requirements, our team is here to help.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, only the order amount (excluding the shipping fee) will be refunded.
- We do our best to ship the orders as soon as they are received and in most cases within 1 – 2 days, however we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking & Customer Support
- Customers receive an automatic tracking number and the shipping company name once the order is completed.
- Orders can be tracked on the shipping company’s website.
- If an order is not received within 10 days, customers should contact us via email.

Return policy
- We do not accept return of oud oils.
- Perfumes and perfume oils can be returned without any limitations with the exception of the shipping fee. Customers are responsible for retuning the items in the same original condition in the original packaging without any damages and exactly in the condition they were shipped.
